A Heartfelt Tribute: Celebrating Teachers’ Day at Auxilium Convent High School

On the 5th of September 2024, Auxilium Convent High School, Lonavla, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and heartfelt appreciation. The event, organized by the Sisters and students, took place in the beautifully decorated school basement.

The day began with a warm welcome for the teachers, who entered the basement dressed in their finest attire. They were greeted with the melodious tunes of a song and the lively dance of the students, creating a festive and joyous atmosphere. Each teacher was presented with a rose and escorted to their seats, where they eagerly awaited the program prepared in their honor.

The celebration showcased the students’ love and gratitude through a series of performances, including dances, skits, comedy enactments, and songs. The energy and creativity of the students were evident in every act, making the teachers feel truly special and appreciated.

Sr. Rosy Mascarenhas addressed the gathering, expressing her gratitude to the teachers for their unwavering dedication and hard work. Following Sr. Rosy’s inspiring words, teachers Girija, Lorna, Margaret, and Marietta shared their heartfelt thanks to the students and Sisters for the love and recognition shown through the wonderful program.
