Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Auxilium Convent High School’s Club Captains Investiture Ceremony

On the 18th of September 2024, Auxilium Convent High School, Lonavla, witnessed a significant event—the Investiture Ceremony of the Captains of various clubs. The ceremony took place during the school assembly and was presided over by the Manager, Sr. Rosy Mascarenhas, and the Headmistress, Sr. Shiny Alphonse.

The ceremony marked the official formation of several clubs, each designed to cater to the diverse interests of the students. The clubs inaugurated included the Media Club, Language Club, Science Club, Maths Club, Ecology Club, Music Club, History Club, Geography Club, Computer Club, Arts Club, USM Club, and AYG Club.

Sr. Rosy Mascarenhas and Sr. Shiny Alphonse led the investiture, bestowing the Captains with their badges and responsibilities. Each Captain took an oath, pledging to lead their respective clubs with dedication and enthusiasm. The ceremony was a testament to the school’s commitment to fostering leadership and encouraging active student participation in various extracurricular activities.

A Heartfelt Tribute: Celebrating Teachers’ Day at Auxilium Convent High School

On the 5th of September 2024, Auxilium Convent High School, Lonavla, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and heartfelt appreciation. The event, organized by the Sisters and students, took place in the beautifully decorated school basement.

The day began with a warm welcome for the teachers, who entered the basement dressed in their finest attire. They were greeted with the melodious tunes of a song and the lively dance of the students, creating a festive and joyous atmosphere. Each teacher was presented with a rose and escorted to their seats, where they eagerly awaited the program prepared in their honor.

The celebration showcased the students’ love and gratitude through a series of performances, including dances, skits, comedy enactments, and songs. The energy and creativity of the students were evident in every act, making the teachers feel truly special and appreciated.

Sr. Rosy Mascarenhas addressed the gathering, expressing her gratitude to the teachers for their unwavering dedication and hard work.
